This Groesbeck Room is located on the second floor on the west side of the library near the Reference Desk. Furnishings consist of four tables and surrounding chairs. The total room capacity is 25 people.
The Groesbeck Room is available for public use, but reservations must be made in advance. This meeting room cannot be reserved the day of, as it’s used as a designated study space. Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. Please call 785-776-4741 ext. 100 to make a reservation or click on the green “Make a Reservation” button below. Reservations can be viewed on the digital display board near the entry of the room. There is no charge for equipment use.

- Adaptive listening devices
- Built-in screen
- Movable lectern
- Portable dry erase whiteboard with easel
- Wireless Internet access
- Electrical outlets
- Video projector built into the ceiling for use with a patron-supplied computer
- Blu Ray DVD player and projector
A library staff member will set up the library owned equipment and ensure it operates properly. Staff will also store equipment after use. Staff will not be available for equipment operation during programs.

Groups may bring their own computer or other electronic devices. The library accepts no responsibility for the use or care of personally supplied equipment.
