Temporary Youth Services Aide
Assists with summer reading programs for children and youth by setting up before and cleaning up after programs, helping with crafts, interacting with parents and children. Provides customer service in the children’s room. Sorts and shelves books and materials. Temporary from late May through the end of July. Mornings, afternoons and weekends, 10 to 15 hours per week. Must be at least 16 years of age. Requires the completion two or more years of high school; customer service, childcare or volunteer experience.

Information Technology Support Technician
Provides help desk technology support. Conducts hardware and software installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cleaning; performs minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment. Assists with record keeping and equipment inventory. Creates web content and assists with back-end web site administration. Designs and distributes technology training materials employees; maintains knowledge base of technology-related guides and tips. Full time; 11:00 AM thru 8:00 PM on M, Th, F; 9:00 AM thru 6 PM on Sa, 1:00 PM thru 6 PM on Su. Associates’ degree in IT or related field required; Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred. Two years’ experience in IT support or a related field required; three years’ experience in IT support or a related field preferred.

Shelves materials and assists customers at the Circulation desk. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Six months’ customer service experience required; library experience preferred.
