Join weather chaser/photographer Stephen Locke and Kansas Poet Laureate Emeritus Caryn Mirriam-Goldberg for a multimedia presentation that includes images and videos of wild weather matched with stirring poems.Copies of their book Chasing Weather: Tornadoes, Tempests, and Thunderous Skies will be available to purchase, as well.

Junior League of the Flint Hills sponsors Library Card Day from 10:00-2:00. Kids can get a free book by showing that they have their own library card. Parents, check the library website for information about how to get a library card for your child. Suggested for preschoolers through 6th graders.
