Meeting Rooms

The library has four meeting rooms available for public use. Individuals and groups engaged in educational, civic, cultural, or charitable activities can reserve meeting room space free of charge using a current Manhattan Public Library card.

Auditorium

Auditorium: max 200 people, 95 chairs, A/V equipment  for presentations.

Technology Center Classroom

Computer Classroom: max 20 people, 20 computers, A/V equipment for presentations.

Groesbeck Meeting Room

Groesbeck Room: max 25 people, 4 tables, A/V and teleconference equipment for presentations.

The Friends Room

Manhattan Library Association Friends’ Room: max 10 people, large conference table.

 

 

Make a Reservation

Before requesting a room reservation, please read the meeting room use policy located on our Policies Page. By clicking “Accept” below, you state that you have read and accept the terms of the library’s meeting room use policy.

You must have a current library card number and enter all 14 digits to complete an online booking. To sign up for a library card, please complete the online registration, then bring your I.D. to the library to pick up your card.
