Location: Manhattan Public Library – Groesbeck Meeting Room
Students are invited to learn, watch and play chess. Beginners will learn basic rules and tactics, and more experienced players can improve their skills. Each meeting will include a short lesson on chess strategy. Suggested for 5th-12th graders, but all students are welcome. Instruction and supervision provided by KSU Chess Club. Usually meets 2nd & 4th Thursdays, 3:30-6:00 p.m.
